Introduction

This constitutes the service agreement between Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions and customers who book or receive services from Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms.

Booking Terms

The technician may arrive any time on the booked service date. Arrival timing may be affected by route conditions, weather, prior appointments, access issues, or other field-service delays.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel without a late-cancellation penalty until 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations after the deadline or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations made before that deadline are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

A late cancellation or no-show penalty will be applied in the following conditions: cancellation after the deadline, an incorrect or inaccessible service location, the equipment being unavailable, unsafe working conditions, or an unreachable customer when approval, access, or clarification is needed.

Customers can reschedule until 24 hours before the appointment.

If the technician needs to reschedule, the customer may accept the new time or receive a full refund.

Service may need to be rescheduled, paused, or adjusted because of weather, unsafe working conditions, unavailable access, restricted parking, missing keys, unavailable equipment, or conditions outside Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions' control.

Payment and Fees

Payment is due when the job is completed. After completion, Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions will send an invoice for the final service price, including any approved changes, applicable taxes, fees, trip fees, diagnostic fees, parts, and labor. Any deposit paid at booking will be applied to the final invoice balance.

A deposit of 35 is required to book and will be applied to the appointment balance.

When an appointment includes a trip fee, that trip fee is included in the upfront booking deposit and applied to the appointment balance.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or hidden conditions, unrelated failures, normal wear, or issues that are discovered during diagnosis or service.

Photo and Video Notice

Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions may photograph or record portions of services performed for documentation, training, quality control, and marketing purposes. By scheduling service, you acknowledge that you, your equipment and property may appear in photos or videos. Personal information, addresses, and identifying details will not be intentionally disclosed without permission.

Warranty

Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions honors a 30-day or 5 hours, which ever comes first, warranty on parts and labor for repairs. Hobbs Outdoor Power Solutions does not warranty parts provided by customers, nor labor if parts fail; fuel related issues; new issues that arise unrelated to previous repair; abuse; documented issues declined by the customer; decks; belts; blades; or tires.
